Application:
Used for adding electric fans to GM trucks or SUV's that came with a mechanical fan. Harness has power and ground connections, as well as pinned wires to control the fans with your factory computer (requires PCM tuning). Plugs fit 2005+ OEM truck/SUV fans for an easy installation. Includes 40 amp fuses and relays. Great mod to free up horsepower, lower engine temps, and gain engine bay space in your 1999-2006 GM truck or SUV. Compatible with 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L engine computers.
How to Install this 7L5533A226T ECU Control Dual Electric Fan Wiring Harness Kit?
This ECM has green and blue wire pins.
PCM has blue (C1) and red/green (C2) connectors.
Pin the ECM green wire to slot #42 on C1, pin the ECM white wire to slot #33 on C2.
Then it can be done with HP tuners or other tuning equipment that can unlock the PCM for turning on.
